Our rubber factory is one of major rubber manufacturers in Hebei, China.
Cover 20,000 sqm. 10 sales person, 3 r&d
persons and 150 workers with production capacity 2000 tons per month.
All of our rubber sheets & mats processing are controlled by machines.
We are proud of the intelligent rubber mixing production line which rarely factory have it. Here is our process flow chart.
1. Mixing rubber compounds；
2. Kneading and refine；
3. Calendering；
4. Curing；
5. Inspection and package.
We have 3 sets Rolling Mill, 8 sets Rotocure Machine, 9 sets Plate Vulcanizer machion.
Our rota-cured sheet can be made 2.2m width, Max 12mm thickness.
Press-cured sheets can be made 1.2m width. Max 30mm thickness .
Press-cured mats can be made 1.8m width x 2.4m length.
All of our equipments are upgrated into the environmental.
Quality Inspection
All our testing machine is with Go-tech brand which is accurate and advanced.
From the technology, product quality process control, raw material entry inspection and product factory inspection, we have
professional testing equipment and technical personnel support.
Density Determination Kit
It is used for testing density.
Mooney Viscometer
It is highly sensitive to changes in rubber materials, and has a better repeatability and reproducibility.
Tensile Tester
It is used to test tension, compression, bend, shearing force, adhesion, peeling force, tear strength,...etc. of
specimen, semi-product and finished product.
Aging Oven
This machine is used for testing the changes in characteristics of rubber before and after heating.
DIN Abrasion Resistance Tester
The abrasive resistance is assessed by measuring the abrasion loss after the specimen is rubbed against sandpaper.
Hardness Tester
This series is widely used for measuring the hardness of honeycomb, soft or hard rubber and plastic materials.
Oil Bath
Oil bath is designed for evaluating the effect of test liquids on rubber materials. It provides test temperature up to
300℃ with constant temperature control.
Compression And Deformation Tester
Both the raw material, rubber compound and finisehd products need to be tested every batch.

Moving Die Rheometer
The rheometer can simultaneously determine the viscosity, elasticity, hysteresis loss an curing rate during the vulcanization process of the rubber compound. Important vulcanization characteristics such as torque, cure rate index and curing time can be measured.
